Do you buy books from the public?
Yes, we accept books during regular store hours. We offer cash and store credit—customers have the choice to accept one or the other (store credit is always higher).
How much do you pay for books if I bring them in?
There is no fixed amount. The price we pay depends on how much we will resell the book for, how many copies we have already, the condition of the book, and how quickly we believe it will sell.
Will you buy my DVDs, CDs, PC games, or video games?
Yes, we buy all of the above.
What is your return policy?
We issue full refunds for items returned within 1 week of the purchase. Items returned after 7 days can be exchanged for store credit for up to 30 days from the original purchase. Receipts are required for returns.
Do you sell books online?
We sell books through amazon.com but do not sell books through our website
Do you have a data base with your inventory?
No, however if you call our store (440 951-2665) we will be happy to check on a book for you.
Do you order books for customers?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit on all orders. We order books, CDs, and DVDs for customers at the cheapest price we can find them.
